The existing estate features 10 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, two kitchens, a private theater, game room, pool, waterslides, two hot tubs and private dock. A new approximately 4,500-square-foot event building is opening January 2027 with an indoor event area, arcade, bunk room for up to 20 additional guests and two additional bedrooms — bringing total capacity to 54 guests.
